Ms. Cirino is responsible for the overall quality of the accounting for QVIDTVM. She supports the financial reporting, capital account maintenance, and investor reporting functions at QVIDTVM.

Ms. Cirino serves as liaison with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, external auditors, and our investors to ensures a correct and transparent assessment of the company’s financial situation.

Prior to QVIDTVM, Ms. Cirino worked for the Alternative Investment Department at Marcum LLP. Serving as a licensed CPA, she supervised the audit process for multiple entities including offshore and onshore master-feeders, stand-alone, and fund of hedge funds. 

Ms. Cirino reconciled brokerage and custodian accounts to underlying statements, recalculated and analyzed incentive fees, management fees, P&L allocation, and reviewed all other underlying records necessary to generate annual financial statement schedules in accordance with US GAAP.

Ms. Cirino graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Old Westbury with a B.S. in Accounting.
