Paul Price is the founder and CEO of Haven Green, a multi-boutique firm established in 2020 with the aim of increasing the allocation of capital in areas where the market struggles to identify high-quality partners to deliver on specific components of investors' strategies.

Paul's leadership extends to advisory roles for several investment and private-equity firms, reinforcing his influence across multiple ventures.

Paul was formerly Global Head of Distribution at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and has held senior positions at Pioneer Investments, MFS and Lombard Odier.

Mrs. von Minckwitz, together with her husband, are owner of the Maremonti AG in Liechtenstein and a major shareholder of QVIDTVM.

Before overlooking her own asset portfolio, she was 7 years responsible for the institutional client coverage at the MSIM sales team in Germany. She built strategic relationships with institutional clients and family offices developing individual solutions across all asset classes.

She started her career in Fixed Income Research at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein before working for Deutsche Asset Management as a CLO Equity and Fixed Income portfolio manager.

Mrs. von Minckwitz received a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the Technical University of Darmstadt.

Alexander Dean is Co-founder and CEO of Snowplow, a data infrastructure company serving enterprise customers globally. As an active private investor and board member, Alexander brings operational expertise in scaling technology companies and a deep understanding of AI, data platforms, and enterprise software markets.

Mr. Harari is a private investor, active in global public and private markets. He currently serves as a Managing Director of a single-family office. He also consults and sits on several boards of portfolio companies.

Mr. Harari is Member of the Board of Directors of QVIDTVM Inc.

Mr. Harari received a degree in Design from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico. Additionally, Mr. Joseph Harari A. participated in Value Investing Executive Program at Columbia University and an Investment Management Executive Program at Wharton.
